Save Your Smile with Strong Tooth Replacements Built to Last

Even a single missing tooth causes excess strain on the rest of your bite, leading to more damage. Multiple missing teeth can make eating comfortably or smiling confidently impossible. If you’re facing the possibility of losing your teeth, you might worry about the future of your smile and your ability to eat various of your favorite foods.

At 605 Dental Implants, we’re proud to provide affordable dental implants in Sioux Falls, SD, so that you can enjoy a better quality of life with a complete set of strong, functional teeth and a beautiful smile.

Three Parts, One Amazing Result

Dental implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. No other option can deliver the same functionality and longevity while restoring ideal esthetics to your smile. Each tooth implant starts with a post, mimicking a natural tooth’s root. Made from biocompatible titanium or ceramic, this post will fuse to the bone tissue to give your new teeth the same strength as healthy natural teeth.

A restoration such as a crown, dental bridge, or complete denture replaces the visible top portion of the teeth with durable materials that look just like natural enamel. An abutment connects the restoration to the post, creating a stable final result that can last a lifetime.

What Are the Benefits of Dental Implants?

Our Dental Implant Procedure

Step 1: Consultation

Patient happy with Dr. Evan Augustyn after dental procedure

No two smiles are alike; you will always get completely personalized care with our team. That’s why the first step in rebuilding your smile with dental implants will start with a one-on-one consultation.

We’ll use our state-of-the-art cone beam CT scanner to create a precision 3D model of your anatomy, which allows us to measure the exact height and width of available bone to be sure a tooth implant will have ideal stability and last as long as possible. We will also perform a visual examination to evaluate how many implants you need. From there, we will plan every aspect of your surgery and design each tooth of your new smile to suit your face shape, skin tone, lip line, and many other esthetic factors.

Step 2: Procedure

On the day of your procedure, we will administer your choice of sedation to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure. We will then create small incisions in your gums and place 4-6 dental implants into predetermined spots within your jawbone. Once placed, we will attach an abutment connector and place your temporary restoration immediately after surgery. With this temporary restoration, you can immediately enjoy the benefits of your new smile!

Step 3: Healing and Final Restorations

Before After
Before After

Over the next 3-6 months, your mouth will heal through osseointegration, where your implants will fuse with your jawbone. Once complete, we will place your final restoration, which is hand-crafted down to the last detail to match your facial structure, skin tone, lip and gum line, and smile goals.

With this final restoration, you can enjoy a variety of foods, conversate without worrying about your teeth slipping or falling out, and smile confidently! With routine checkups and a proper at-home hygiene routine, your implants have the potential to last an entire lifetime!
